Foundation Board

The Tebughna Foundation is governed by a seven member Board of Directors, who are all shareholders of Tyonek Native Corporation and leaders in the community on their own right. The board is assisted by a small professional staff in order to maximize donations and assistance into the community. The board meets, on average, six times a year to sponsor and administer the grant and scholarship programs and to distribute funds to various community and cultural recipients. The current Board of Directors include:
