Review all camp details carefully. Additional information and event reminders will be shared before camp. Full participation is encouraged. Activities may include basketball skills, games, language-learning components, team discussions, and group activities. Health and safety are a priority. Participants should wear appropriate athletic clothing and non-marking tennis shoes, bring a water bottle, and notify organizers of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or accommodation needs. This online registration form (signed) and an attendee agreement form are required for all participants before taking part in camp activities. This is a family event; childcare is not provided. Parents/guardians must remain on-site and are responsible for supervising the minors in their care throughout the duration of the event. Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respectful behavior, and positive teamwork toward coaches, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants at all times. Activities may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, facility availability, participant safety considerations, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for educational, promotional, and community purposes unless parents/guardians notify organizers in writing that they do not wish their child to be photographed.
