Summer Family Language Events

The Dena’ina Language Program (DLP) at Tebughna Foundation is aims to promote traditional values and ways of life through language retention and task-based learning and sharing of skills. This program is funded by donations from Tyonek Native Corporation and Tebughna Pull Tabs donations. Thus, programming from DLP is aimed at TNC shareholders and Native Village of Tyonek citizens and their direct lineal descendants. We are always looking for ways to expand our education efforts and we are open to partnership or volunteer opportunities.

The Dena’ina Language Program is offering family-centered summer events in both Tyonek and Anchorage. These events are designed to support Dena’ina language revitalization through hands-on cultural learning for all ages.
